- Inquiries or disputes with regards to the identity of Accountholders who paid for specific bills should be settled with the bills payment merchant.
- Non-winning entries from the raffle draws will be included in the succeeding raffle draws.
- Each winning Accountholder is entitled to receive Round-trip Airfare Transfers for four (4) via Zest Airways, Inc., 3 days (2 nights) accommodations, and PhP 24,700.00 in pocket money.
- 8. BPI, in the presence of a Zest Airways and a DTI representative, will determine the winners via an electronic raffle draw. The raffle draws will be held during the designated raffle draw dates at the 9TH Floor of BPI Card Center Bldg., Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. Winners drawn will be validated against BPI’s records. An Accountholder may only win once during the promo period.
- At the time of the draw, an Accountholder’s BPI Deposit account must be valid and active to win. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, and registered mail by BPI.
- To claim their prize, winners must present their registered mail and any of the following valid IDs: Driver’s License, SSS Photo ID or Passport at the 9F BPI Card Center, 8753 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. For provincial winners, BPI shall arrange for a courier to send the prizes to the registered address of the winner and to be received by the authorized recipient only.
- Prizes are not convertible to cash. The 20% tax on all prizes will be shouldered by BPI while all related travel taxes will be shouldered by Zest Airways.
- Booking for trips will be done by the winner with Zest Airways, Inc. (round-trip airfare), and Philippine Hotel Reservations Service (hotel/resort accommodations). The rules and regulations of the said companies will apply for booking transactions.
- Winners authorize BPI to disclose and publish their names and other particulars determined by BPI to any person/s and in any mode or manner, as BPI may deem appropriate. Winners agree to participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by BPI to announce the winners to the general public.
